A original machine designed for the fic: the Marauder is the SATAM equivalent of a arial HK from the terminator films crossed with a hoverbot on steroids.

It's is essentially a flying arsenal, it's equipped with your standard fair, missiles, plasma cannons, etc.

As far as size goes I would put it at about the size of a Hind D gunship, maybe a little bigger with the wings fully extended.

The trick in designing this badboy was to make sure it wouldn't look out of place next to a squad of swatbots, in other words trying to come up with an original design that gels with the SATAM style.

Don't know if I accomplished what I set out, but one things for certain, I personally wouldn't want one of these chasing me ^_^

The color scheme works with the SatAM Robotnik's style, but there's too many straight lines - Swatbots, Hoverpods, and the rest of Robotnik's machines all tended to have curved edges.

Still, it looks really good.

Hooo boy, a squadron of Swats would be bad; a squadron of swats with this thing for aerial support on the other hand would just be plain old nightmarish. Awesome design here, and I think you succeeded in keeping the design within the paremeters neccessary to 'gel' with Swatbots and thier ilk.
